In this role, you will serve as a key contact for our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, quotes, claims, and providing exceptional service in both languages.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
  • Provide excellent customer service to English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist clients with P&C insurance quotes, policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar for insurance agents
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • A caring attitude that wants what is best for our customers
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
