"I got a rock chip on my windshield, and my car was being shipped in 2 weeks, and the trucking company won’t accept custody of it with a chip or crack.
Andrea Strobel was so helpful and quick to have the glass company attempt a repair 2 days later, but since it was still visible, she filed a claim to have it replaced the next day.
The morning after windshield was replaced, I got another chip, less than 12 hours since being replaced!
Again, Andrea quickly contacted the glass company to attempt a repair, and then another replacement was required since the crack was still visible.
If fact, the glass company first thought it was a duplicate request to replace the windshield again, they said “No, we just completed that job”, but Andrea was diligent and followed through to ensure it was replaced again and that we were satisfied with the results!
I’m so very grateful to Andrea for the quick response to replace 2 windshields within my 2 week time crunch!"
